Welding

Galvanization
After welding, the wire mesh is subjected to the hot - dip galvanizing process. The mesh is immersed in a bath of molten zinc at a temperature of around 450°C. During this immersion, a chemical reaction occurs between the iron in the steel wire and the zinc, forming a series of zinc - iron alloy layers on the surface of the wire. This alloy layer, along with the outer layer of pure zinc, provides excellent corrosion protection.
